Our practice focuses solely on immigration and nationality law.  We are experienced in business/employment immigration—both non-immigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B visas and TN visas, O visas, Schedule A Nurses, Permanent Residence through PERM, Faculty/Special Handling cases, Outstanding Researchers, and National Interest Waivers. We also are experienced in family based permanent residence, fiancé visas and applications for naturalization.

Susan Bond was born in Texas and began her studies at Tarleton State University, a branch of Texas A&M University. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she continued on to the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, is licensed in the states of Texas, Missouri and Kansas and is a Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
